This for AOS $70 fee bill. You have to pay. Go to NVC site and pay the bill, once show PAID, then send you AOS pacakge to NVC.

Did you receive DS3032? if yes ..send them via post mail...these days faster..then email.

The DS-3032 should be filled out by you (beneficiary) listing your husband (petitioner) as the agent. You can Email the NVC you choice of agent (your husband) instead of sending the DS3032 by mail.

1. I think only your husband can cancel the K3 since he is the petitioner. Someone can chime in if I am wrong.

2. You should have your husband (petitioner) do the paperwork for the CR1/IR1.

The mail system in VN is bad. Having your husband handle the CR1/IR1 paperwork is best. Its not a good idea having the beneficiary handle the paperwork for the CR1/IR1.

NVC is going fast if you have all the paperwork prepare. Normally take less than 3 weeks. Once your NVC completed, call NVC for interview date. Should be 2 months or less for the interview. Remember not to paid any fees before DS302 or DS3032 generated, this will slow down your process. If you have any questions PM me, or asked your husband to call me.

Good luck.
