my fiancee live in oklahoma city.and must to send k-1 package to texas service center.

but no longer processes i-129fs.

i wish everybody help.

what we must to do . send to texas service center or send to california service center direct.

wish helpppppp!

February 08, 2010 Check Cashed.

February 10, 2010 NOA.

February 17, 2010 RFE Email.

February 22, 2010 Biometric Letter Received.

Follow the directions on the I-129F... if the address is TX, send it to TX. They will forward of they need to....

You have to send it to the Texas Service Center and they'll take care of the transfer.

You asked this same question earlier today and were answered by myself and others. Why are you posting it again?

The answer isnt going to change

You will receive your NOA1 in the mail in 2 to 3 weeks. Watch and see if your check was cashed also. If you can get copy of check, normally they put your case number on it and then you can go to this site and check on your case.

Case Status

Be advised your petition will have been forwarded to the California service center as Tex no longer processes I-129Fs

Also please fill in your timeline, as it helps everyone answer questions and provides statistics for the board.

I agree. It also says TSC on the USCIS website.

I just looked. You are correct. It showed Nebraska when I filed early last year and that's where mine was sent. I guess it has changed.

If I had it to do over again I would send my I-129F to the VSC. You might get lucky and they process it. The worse that can happen is they send it to CSC so what do you have to lose if you haven't sent it already.

What would likely happen is they would send it back to you when they realized your error. Then you would have lost several weeks of time for trying to sneak one past the goalie.

Not worth it (in my opinion).

You are right. I know two people who sent it to the wrong service centers. In both cases it took over 3 weeks for them to return it to the petitioner telling them to file it at the appropriate center. Both people lost over a month that way.
