hi vj members,my recent tax year is 2008,which i claimed my daughter and my niece on my income,so the total is 3 persons i made 25,187 usd,that was above the poverty line,but now i am married and i want to send the i864ez form,will they consider my spouse as a fourth family member?

does a maternity leave during 2008 help?

yes your husband is a family member now and counts in your income so have to check for the four family members not the three ,Good luck :thumbs:
