OK, someone just came to my office to pass along a request from someone (Gotta love the public) to print something for them in bigger font. Hello, it's a website, I can't alter their code. But I want to try to help, so I cut and paste this entire article, and a local law onto a word document in bigger font and give it to the man. None of this is my job, I could have just as easily just chucked it in the trash. Well, the guy isn't happy with what I did, nor is he satisfied with my telling him that I am not able to alter the code to make it bigger for him to read. He was especially not happy when I tried to tell him how to increase the font sizes on his computer..... God I hate dealing with the public.

Generally, I just hide when I hear the ring for the front door. That is Theresa (The psycho employee) job and I don't want to deal with them, or her. Sometimes, the people are very persistent and get someone of authority to come out and talk to them. They then pass it off to us. We don't have to accept it, I just sometimes like to. You know, karma. I've got a lot of years of bad karma to make up for :whistle:
