i remember 8 track tapes, and how i'd add the songs together on a track so i'd not have a lot of dead space at the end when i recorded a mix tape. i got pretty good at that....

I must be old too...I remember having to stuff a pack of matches under the 8 track in my 8 track player in my car...so it would play right...not 'sluuurrr...'

Any of you old commies remember having to do that? :D

Not me. The 8 track player in the pimpmobile worked great. Who made yours, Craig or Sparkomatic?

upgrading the car with parts purchased from kmart did make the car more customized ...

buick apollo ... i'd forgotten about those ugly things :lol:

Holy sh*t that's the first car that I thought that you drove. I have a 318 or 340 vibe going through my mind with cheery bombs or thrush "mufflers." Loud? yes. Fast? PULEEZE. :lol:

Odd I've never seen an Opal GT without a V8 jammed under the hood, no, I take that back. Once when I was 4 or 5.
