I just decided I need to go to the gym for the next 3 weeks so I can lose too much weight and eat over xmas without turning into a whale.

We prefer to be called portly. Keep eating for six months and you can be my size.

well I really enjoy going to the gym but when it's cold outside I hate putting all those clothes on and then freezing when I get out of the gym.

I hate going to the gym. A few nicks and nacks, a few bars and a bike in the basement means you never have to leave the house when it's cold outside. Besides that way no one will ever know what you lift.

Good morning, C Chris. Im feeling ok, just have that nasty sinus thing going on and occasional renal pain. How be you? I see you survived yet another evening in Hades.

Yes, I have returned from Hades. I could kick Oprah in the nuts for saying on her show "it is ok to tip 10%." I think she probably gets a lot of spit in her food now when she eats out at the posh places she goes. Like #######!!! I make a base pay of 2.13 an hr! And I have over heard tables talking about it (What Oprah said about tipping). If you can't tip at least 15-20% you probably should go to McDonalds. Plus, it doesn't help that southerners are naturaly cheap. I get tourist from the north and they all leave about 18-20% tips. Most southern ppl leave about 5-8% pisses me off. Sorry for the rant lol.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that pain. I can only imagine, I hate to hear when good ppl are in pain. Is it a renal disorder or your actually kindney (proper) problem? if you don't mind me asking.

I agree with you about the tipping. I like to give a bit over of what is required because I know people have to make a living.

When Zhanna was here we went out to eat a lot, especially when we were in NYC. Like most of Europe they don't tip. She would ask me why I leave such a big tip. I would say "I work the same job as them.". I told her when i get Euro tables I automatically add gratuity or I will not get a tip at all. I cannot wait to get out of restaurants (again) and start doing my medical massage again.

Nagi, I don't really pray but I talk to god in my own way which is a form of prayer I suppose. I pray that you feel better. I hate to see good ppl in pain.
