Most likely Seratus ant. or maybe it's your Lats. Don't do anymore for the next few days. Work your legs or abdominal core instead. Ice and heat for 5 mins a time for about 15 min intervals in the are you are having pain.

If you don't stetch before you workout make sure you do. Before and after.

Thanks for the 411. :thumbs: Didn't workout, haven't for a while. I always stretch before and after I work out and I ease into workouts which is why I haven't figured it out. Maybe it's just the cold, I don't know.

Yeah just take it easy. When I lived in VT I joined the YMCA (not for the ghey sex....really, I swear...no really) Anywho, I did a ####### ton of bicep curls after not stretching or lifting weights for a long time and It cramped but my arms. For the next few days I walked around like a T-rex. And this was after I became a LMT so I'm pretty bad when it come to it. I don't take my own advice.

If I am stupid enough to start putting up some serious weight, my body tells me that I'm not an Olympic weightlifter. I still like power cleans but overhead squats are a big no-no. I used to love military presses but I have to be very careful, my rotator cuff is really bad. :crying: Bicep curls are OK but I have to be cautious, one bicep exercise and one tricep exercise, that's it.
