Relax Verde...The advice offered by others here is spot on, particularly the info provided by pushbrk. You need to step back, evaluate and re-engage. The cycle of questions, response, followed by challenge and attack needs to end.

If you are not satisfied with the responses from Visa Journey, well, we understand that and suggest you seek guidance elsewhere. That said, please stop attacking the members that are trying to help you....

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Just noticed that Chris is from Charleston, S.C.. Love that city, especially the bars :devil:

Yes, downtown is pretty crazy :devil: i haven't lived here that long so I'm still exploring. Do you remember what bars you went to?

Only one I can remember off the top of my head is Vickery's. If I were in Charleston, and drunk and you dropped me off in the middle of downtown, I could find you half a dozen bars. But alas, I am in Los Angeles, and sober so your sh!t out of luck :rofl:

well I didn't want to have to assert myself

at least with a cap it would be done and over from a distance

if I had to use my steel toed boot, that would be a little too close for comfort and quite messy
