I completely understand.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Morning commies :star:

Congrats K! Morning Nagi & Bishop :)

Speaking of small apartments, I'm in a 2BR... we can't afford anything bigger plus we get a sweet deal because we rent from my mom. Bad thing is we don't have that much room as it is, and now we're having a baby. Whoops! I can't really throw out anything... what to do what to do. We're going to share our room with the baby and the boys are going to stay in their own room. I guess it will work out. Babies are little after all :hehe:

We're saving up for a house but it's going to be at least another 2 years before we can buy.

She could provide a loooong list.

K it would be helpful, just tell her not to type it all in caps with 30pt font

Morning

I got you beat Susie Q....we live in a one bedroom.

The only thing that saves us is that my 3 children live with their father but best believe when they

come over we are tight. It all works out tho...I have a nice sofa bed so they have their space and TV, computer and we have our room. I don't anticipate buying a home for at least 2 years. We can't even begin to think about having a child together until we get out of the apt. It is hard b/c for hubby he basically came with the clothes on his back.

I was fretting before he came about cleaning and downsizing, we lived then in an even smaller 1 bedroom

Once he began working, thank god right away, we moved within the same complex but bigger place and that has made alot of difference. Little steps, ya know. After living for so long after my divorce as a single mother and traveling around for 2 years, needless to say I had to start completely over.

Looking like rain today Comrades.

And today is a BIG day for my baby girl, 10 years old, performing on stage in her first production, ANNIE!

I am so proud of her!

4 hours? You need to sleep a couple more hours!

I started out what seemed to be a nice night's sleep (10 30), then my insomniac hubby

decided he wasn't ready to go to bed @ 5am

needless to say I am little groggy this morning, then my alarm, which should have gone off at 6 never did.

Somehow I manage to get all 3 of us girls ready and out the door...on time

Amby: you're dad is in my thoughts...

hola commies, sorry for not checking in more often. the pudge is a real pudgynator and everything gets pudgyfied....I really have to spend every single free minute with him, he needs it. He's now behaving like a real puppy and is really playful and he loves training, he already knows sit, lay down and stay but he's not really good at the stay part, he always thinks I'm leaving him.

ya'll have a wonderful, pudgetastic day!

Good moaning Comrades Sandy, Susita, Cheeto, Amby and Chris.

I think I will shut down in a few seconds. I will return when the feeling strikes.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

Sandrilla ~ Well all 3 of the kids will be with us :star: Them living with their dad is TOTALLY out of the question, being that he's not a very good father plus he doesn't have a place to live he grubbs off of his girlfriend. Don't even mention child support. I'm just lucky he calls them and shows up once in a while to their soccer games.

We have a lot of room, it's a big 2 bedroom... but the kids have A LOT of stuff. They're spoiled rotten because they're the only little ones in the family. Now with a baby, I'm going to have to find room for a crib and all that. Luckily I still have everything stored from when the boys were babies.

Make sure you videotape the play!!!

Amby ~ have a safe trip & keep us posted. Best wishes to your dad & your family (F)

Morning Commies.

How goes it in the dirty dirty south?

Sus, are you hoping for a girl this time?

Way way back when I was married to the ex we lived with and rented an apt from his parents.

We had all our children while living in that house up and until my youngest was 3. What started about being a nice arrangement turned into a nightmare. I lived my with my then inlaws for 13 years!

We all had our own floors and everything. It was a 3 bedroom and was perfect except for all the meddling.

Inevitable broke us down. We had room there, like you did, and the extra help.

Our next step will be a 2 bedroom apt, maybe in the same building.

I don't want to leap into something and get in over my head. Just getting used to the fact of having

additional income.

My mom is cool, she hardly ever comes down to our apartment. She only bothers me when she needs eggs or sugar or something like that. I'm the one who drives her nuts :star: Well, and the kids too, but I think she likes it.

I also have a 16 year old sister, my mom works the night shift until 1am so she likes that there's someone in the house to 'keep an eye' on her... whatever the hell that means. She's not a very good kid. I think my mom just wants me to make sure she's alive every hour or so and that she's not bringing one of her punkass boyfriends in the house LOL.

It's a good arrangement. Luis & I joke around that we could stay here forever - but in reality we need more space. If we wanted his parents or friends to come and visit, we wouldn't have anywhere for them to sleep. Plus it's tight already.

And yeah, Luis really wants a girl. I don't care either way :) I love babies period.
