Less than 3 weeks until our interview. I keep getting nausea. I just want this part to be over. I don't sleep anymore.

Bishop, I am jealous. I had a great time when I was in France. The people I met there were awesome and so nice. I'm getting ready to go to Russia next year after Zhanna gets her AP to meet her parents. I'm very excited to travel again.

I don't I thought you have to apply for it and wait? I really haven't looked too much into it yet, as most of my time has been getting all our interview stuff in order.. I'm not even sure if she will get her visa.

Why would she not get it (AP)?

if we are talking about the same thing then AP is the time after the interview where you

are totally thrown into limbo.

Either they give you RFE...request for evidence

they take the passport, do some checks and call within a couple weeks

or you get the dreaded 221g, which means they are doing name checks, backgroud checks and more in depth security searches.

There are plenty who have not gotten AP but I would say most get some sort of delay after interview.

Our first AP on a K3 visa was only 12 days, thank god

Our AP for the CR1, for which he came, had approx. 5 months of the blackness

I will keep you guys in my prayers and realistically there are just those questionable countries that

usually get held up with extensive AP, maybe Russia isn't so difficult.

obviously you don't want to get AP because that means it will be longer before you can be reunited and finally start your future AND just going to wear on your nervez that much more :(

AP is advanced parole and you apply for it during the AOS process. I don't think i've read about anyone that has been denied.

Had our green card interview yesterday. Was very short and sweet. Should be getting the card in the mail in the next 2-3 weeks

I'm sorry, I meant Advanced Parole.

I'm sorry you got stuck in AP for that long.

Thank you for your prayers. I appreciate it. ;)

Seems like you guys had a lot of fun last night.

Good Afternoon C4C. Comrade Susita, the guys had lots of fun last night. Bishop sprayed us with holy water from a fire hose so we're OK now. :innocent::innocent::innocent: We also finally established the limits of Len's perversity, apparently dicussions of pudenda are strictly verboten. Nagi, I SEE THAT YOUR FRIEND HAS RETURNED.

In more ways that one, Comrade IR5. She'd make a great Jehovah's Witness.
