I thought that you were born in a manger in Bethlehem. Seriously, congrats on 100 pushups. I guess it depends on how much you weigh, I'm just saying... UFC, I don't watch much, last fight I saw was Lesnar vs. Couture. Good way to increase the testosterone level around here.

Unfortunately I'm becoming elderly (45!) and my pectoral mass is 'bearing witnessing' to the entirely feminine Goddess of Almighy Atrophy Plus, it might be said that the Bishop, in the profile of Elisha, is looking for a 2x blessing of the cup of Testoterone!

I would proffer a prayer to St. Winstol of V but armor plated pecs are not worth liver cancer. 100 pushups is a great achievement at any age. I doubt that I could even do 1 pushup these days, my rotator cuffs are kaput and I never did have big pecs. I was all delts, traps and lats and with bad shoulders working those can be an adventure.

Len, is my only Sister and, don't tell anyone, but I'm kind of fond of the Old Gal. She's had to put up with my nonsense for the longest time, yet she always comes through for me when I need her most. The only reason I post on VJ is because of her, She is the Eurydice of VJ and, it is true, there ain't no sunshine when she's gone.

Now gimme some steroids, all this mushy talk is making my testosterone level drop.
