Pennsylvania drivers should be on that list-definetly some bad ones. They throw food out of the window too-probably b/c we are so close to NJ.

My arm is in a sling so I am driving with one hand-I can't even give people the finger if they cut me off-so sad

GEORGIA:

One hand on wheel, one hand on rifle, cradling cell phone, cutting across multiple lanes in bumper to bumper traffic, while giving the finger to anyone not driving over 85 mph

One hand on wheel,

one hand on beer,

on cruise control with both feet out the window,

chewing tobacco stains along side of truck:

ARKANSAS.

The craziest drivers in the world are from Algeria. lol trust me

Nope, craziest drivers are unquestionably desis (though a lot of these fortunately stay "in home country").

GEORGIA:

One hand on wheel, one hand on rifle, cradling cell phone, cutting across multiple lanes in bumper to bumper traffic, while giving the finger to anyone not driving over 85 mph

some truth on that one.

QUEBEC:

One finger on wheel, cutting across multiple lanes, lead foot on accelerator (their slogan says "je me souviens", but should read "je ne sais pas conduire"), shouting into cellphone AND gesturing.

ONTARIO:

one hand on wheel shouting in cell phone "birding" anyone doing less than 140 km/h. (they had yellow plates at one time, Albertans called them "yellow plague").
