N-400: Civics/History Test Game....

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who are studying for the N-400 Citizenship civics/history test (and those who are interested in reading and learning about such too), I thought it would be fun for all of us to study together online....

So, "Why don't we make this into a studying game, of some sort? Make it fun and helpful for everyone!"

Any more ideas, suggestions, comments, etc. about this game too?

So are you all ready to play and study? Anyone else want to join in on the studying fun as well?

Instructions on how to play the "N-400 Civics/History Test Game"....

1) DO NOT DELETE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

2) Each day, a VJ member posts 1 history/civics test question, from the USCIS' list of 100 questions from the "Learn About the United States: Quick Civics Lessons for the New Naturalization Test" booklet and cd.

The format of the questions posted should be as follows:

3) No Cheating!: One cannot look up the answers online, in the booklet, audio cd, or anywhere else for the answers before they post.

4) A VJ member is awarded points for: a ) Posting a question (one per day) b ) Being the first one to post back the correct answer to that question.

Cmon, maybe it's time to give it up. This game is pretty lame and not a whole lot of folks want to (or have time) to play it. Not really efficent way of studying either. No offense, but...come on!

Lol...just trying to make things fun and thought it would help others too....

At least I'm trying to do something positive here on vj....

Studying can be so boring....why not spice it up a bit with a game (or attempting to make it into a game)?......

Any other ideas then, besides a game, to make this immigration test studying process more effective, then?

If you don't want to play...fine....Let's see if others want to play though, or have any other ideas, before this test studying thread disappears in the vj archives.....
