Well in that case forget the hotel . . . with the warm fluffy bed . . . we'll sleep in the rental car and camp the entrance!

I'll be lucky to get there at 8am. Sean has this bad habit of sleeping 'till noon since he got laid off in August. When he was here two weeks ago he slept until 12:45pm while I was at work.

I am going to put him to work when he gets here. I mean the next expansion is launching in February so he needs to two box our toons while I am at work! Did I mention I'm raiding right now?

Ben sleeps until noon on any day he has off. I told him that he can sleep in until 7am while I go socialize in front of the consulate at dawn.

Quick question: The Montreal consulate website says that the $131 USD is to be brought to a Scotiabank with 3 receipts ahead of time, but I thought that I read that they now collect the money right at the consulate that day? Would anyone be able to clarify for me? Thanks.

Not sure about the Scotiabank thing, but they certainly do accept the money right at the Consulate on the day of your interview (and as far as I know, this is a must), in either USD or the Canadian equiv.

Not sure about the Scotiabank thing, but they certainly do accept the money right at the Consulate on the day of your interview (and as far as I know, this is a must), in either USD or the Canadian equiv.

I think they do this at Vancouver maybe, but for Montreal it is cash.

Someone posted NOT to bring the $1 in quarters because they won't accept that.

We play EverQuest 2. I've never played WoW, but from what others have told me, EQ2 is a lot harder than WoW so it tends to draw an older crowd. We have 2 teenagers in our guild and the rest are all adults- mostly in their 30s and up.

k visa's just pay with cash. also, by 8am there was a HUGE line up, we got there at 7 ish ( would have been earlier but we got really lost)

I was so kidding about the 8AM thing...

I tend to work on about four hours of sleep, so I see no issue with dragging my butt out into the cold before dawn.

My vote - last person there has to grab coffee, haha.

So First I make Sean wait 2 hours in line at the Consulate and then I make him wait 2 hours in line at the movie theatre for New Moon? Yeah, it may cost me my marriage too.
