Sometimes they have it there but havent logged it in yet. Dont worry yet :)

I had to email Amman and give them the package signer's name/date signed(from the dhl tracking) for them to say they had our paper file. So I think its like any other business or immi entity....its not there until its logged/recorded in their system.

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Lisa is correct. But if by chance you can't track it don't stress too much, but watch it close. We had one that never showed as tracked, but it made it there. There were several that had theirs shipped to Morocco after ours, that were getting interviews, but nothing for us. They did have it, it was probably at the bottom of the pile.

Also Sinad...is that your pic on your avatar? That is a beautiful picture.

some updates :

consulate called me yesterday : they've received my son'case and now we are 100% sure he's having interview same day as me and at he same time , they girl was verryyy veryy nice on phone , i asked her if i should do police records and police certificate again , she said no its ok because i already have them in my application !

she laughed when i asked her about my baby's bottle of milk , he will definetly need it there because the interview will be in early morning lol , she said we wont take time with you ...dont worry wouhouuu

now i should just prepare the' photos , relation prove , ds 230 for my son and i'll pay 400 for his IV !

is there any forms we should provide the day of interview?
