Just to keep everyone informed.

They (USCIS) has moved our Application again back to LEE SUMMIT MO.

We have waited and waited.

Agents came to the house and spoke with Rosie.

Everything is above board and we are happily married.

Then why does USCIS let the Illgal stay and drop the ball on us that are trying to deal with the

DHS ??

I just don't understand.

We have Rosies EAD and two AP's .......we are just wanting her GreenCard to continue on with our lives.

I am sorry you feel singled out. It is normal to have a short period of asking why me. Maybe it will make you feel better to know that two couples from our group last year took over a year to get their green card. Both couples were very good at USCIS processes and had no RFEs.

Yes, the USCIS makes us jump through hoops and pay high fees to immigrate our loved ones. You have only been waiting 4 months and stated in your timeline you expect an RFE or two. Have you taken the time to review the I-485 and strengthen your evidence?

Naturalization

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

Everything is going well and yes we reviewed everything. We have no RFE's which is good and we have also had a good INSPECTION of the House and all by the agents. All is fine except for them transfering our Application all the time.

I am still always up in spirit cuz I know the only thing that matters is that Rosie is here with me and I can share and take Great care of her. It's just depressing for her that she has no green card .. a lot of being truely here in the U.S.A. and exceptance is put on HOLD A GREEN CARD. But we dont mind .. we just have to take her Passport everywhere we go .. since it is the only legal document that is excepted.

We tried to use her EAD as proof .. it didn't work NO one even knows what it is except for employer and they check it with E-verify of DHS.

We knew that this could take awhile ... we just wish it would stay in one office and not restart the 4 month wait as it does every time they move it to another location.

We are the BALL and (LAUGHING) LEE SUMMIT MO. and CSC Calf are playing Volleyball with our APP.

hahahahahahaha

Thank for writting

Waiting and not knowing is hard. I found concentrating on the people who had it worse off than us was more comforting than dwelling on the fortunate ones. Our delays were in the visa process and the AOS was the only process without major delays.

In Illinois we were able to get my wife a state ID with her EAD and SSN. You might try getting a state ID while waiting for the green card.
