I don't usually post in topics like this but after reading all the comments, I must say I agree with several people on here who have said the past is the past....whatever Charles! may have posted prior to being named a mod should be left in the past. Give him a chance to do his job as outlined by Ewok....if he doesn't carry out those tasks as he should THEN I can see where some of these protests would be justified. Until then however, let the guy have a chance to do the job he's been given.

I don't usually post in topics like this but after reading all the comments, I must say I agree with several people on here who have said the past is the past....whatever Charles! may have posted prior to being named a mod should be left in the past. Give him a chance to do his job as outlined by Ewok....if he doesn't carry out those tasks as he should THEN I can see where some of these protests would be justified. I share mox's discomfort at the use of that word. It's not like any of us except Ewok actually asked him to be mod.

He and the other mods take time out of posting for fun to organize, watch, move, close threads...etc.

It's an ungrateful position which gets them a lot of hateful PM's and complaints.

Would you do it? I know I wouldn't. No thanks.

Charles has done a good job in organizing, but has anyone acknowledged that? Everyone just "assumes" he won't do well in this role and won't even give him the chance to prove it before complaining about it. And it won't stop here, I'm sure he'll get more, just like all the rest.
