HELP WITH RFE

Hi okay this is insane!!!!!, i got an RFE for my marriage certificate saying they need a copy I DID SEND A CERTIFIED COPY now what should i do ? send another one an then what happened to the first one , can i call someone , man i have to order my certificate from other state this is so .......... not cool

Also if they ask me for a copy does it need to be certified or can i send a regular one

Just send them another one. It's just faster that way than trying to fight it. It may have gotten separated or something, who knows. We sent a certified copy, but I have read advice from some on here that you can just send a photocopy. You can show them the original at interview.

I imagine that if I'm wrong someone will correct me.

We didn't send ANY certified just copies. worked fine for us doing AOS

Yeh from what I've researched..they lose stuff. Just send another copy. Good luck.

This pretty much sums up what you need to do dealing with USCIS. Someone ought to add this to one of the guides hehe
