What it does show is a growing number of Hispanics are becoming gang bangers rather than be productive members of society, which apparently is why they entered illegally in the first place. It also illustrates that 50% of gang bangers are Hispanic, yet they only make up 12% of the population. What do you think this means in terms of gang bangers if broken down into race per 100,000 people?

No it does not violate anyone's civil rights, and illegals do not have civil rights when they should not have been here in the first place. If you are a law abiding US citizen how does it violate your rights? well, not that I ever trusted your reading skills.. but anyway... I'm not saying deporting illegal immigrants is racist.. nor that they shouldn't be deported.. my point is that the process of finding illegal immigrants violates civil rights of other people in the process, and, it's not only Arpaio's. There are cases where ICE rounds up people in their famous raids, because they happen to live in the same neighborhood and, oh, surprise surprise, happen to have a foreign name, which matches the characteristics of the illegal aliens..

those practices are discriminatory, biased, and do violate several laws.. ICE has already a couple of lawsuits because of that, you think Arpaio's dept has the money for it too? if he were targeting just illegal aliens, that would be fine, he could even be running his media show of pink jail jumpsuits and whatnot... but he targets everybody who looks, acts and talk like the group he's targeting, or, to be honest, he's targeting everybody who looks like a latino, and then ask questions later.. that, right there is a violation..

It is people like you that help further this problem with illegal immigration, you try to twist it and spin it that it is discrimination or some other race baiting card which it is not, it has all to do with breaking the law and then having the arrogance to act like it is the USA government, businesses and legal citizens fault for these illegal Mexicans coming into the USA. Maybe Arpaio should target Australians or Japanese since they are apparently big offenders too. Lebanese commit a large portion of crimes in Aus so yes they are targeted. If they don't like it, they know where the the closest airport is. The police are not targeting them because of their skin color or race but because of their actions.

But anyway, do you have a problem with mandatory e-verify for employment and all government services? Yes for everyone. As well as $20K fines (per offense) for any business and their manager that employees illegal immigrants and does not carry out the proper checks.

as in a previous post, his reasons and justifications for probable cause were outrageous and biased, that's the reason why I at least dislike him... he's following a catch now ask questions later, with some ridiculous reasons as 'speech and dress patterns' that are enough reason to stop and detain someone who looks like the group they're targeting. What is so difficult to understand? What if he detains someone who looks like that group he's targeting, and it happens to be a legal resident, just an 'excuse me'? please.. you know Arpaio is doing the hardest he can to get in trouble..
