Hello all,

my fiance is currently compiling her packet 3 and i was seeking some guidance. She lives in Phuket. Well the question i have is, can she go to a police station in Phuket to get her certificate and is there a hospital in Phuket she can go to, to complete her medical exam? If these questions have been asked already I apologize. Thank you in advance for any help with this. I really do mean that. This is quite tedious.

We got my wifes police report in a city other than BKK but most people here on V J say it can not be done. Ours took about 2 weeks. The only way to know is to go to local police station & ask.

The medical must be done at one of two medical facilities in BKK. However some people have saved money by getting the shots done by local doctors, then take those records to BKK hospital. She will have plenty of time to do the medical in BKK if that is your concern.

Did your wife get turned around doing the packet 3 part? My fiance is getting a bit overwhelmed right now and i am trying to tell her to simply take it one step at a time.

Turned around?

One way to get it done is to do it for her & email or scan the results to her. Does she have your signed 134 ?

Yes she has all the support docs from me. She is just frusterated with the police report and the trips to bangkok for the medical. She does still work full time.

moving to US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

The police report we got came from BKK police. We found we didnt need to go there to get it.
