On October 16, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

I want to thank Visajourney for guiding me all the way through, and am grateful to all my friends here who helped me and wished and prayed for me. A bit late, but I did pass this milestone. I know alot of my friends here are waiting to hear this good news :):dance:

Also, for those who have a complaint related to their AOS interviews or decision Delays, DO WRITE TO YOUR CONGRESSMAN/SENATOR. It surely does help. Before my case status was updated today, I received a mail from my Senator's office stating that my case has been approved.

Congratulations! Through the efforts of my staff, you case has been granted. Welcome to being a permanent resident of the United States.

I've been following your case since I first started lurking here about a month ago, and I'm really glad you finally got a positive answer. I really hope that you can take a vacation or at least a relaxing weekend trip so you can forget about all the stress you've had in the past few months.

Honestly, when I found out, I rushed online the instant I got a chance, to share the news with you all, since I knew you would be keeping track of my situation. And I truly am thankful to you all for keeping my morale high. God bless you all. And ofcourse now we'll chat in a much relaxed atmosphere :)

April 22, 2009 : Called USCIS. They have received fingerprints and work permit is in process.
May 7, 2009 : I-765 case online. Card Production ordered.
May 11,2009 : EAD card received.

June 08,2009 : Received Letter for Interview ( scheduled on July 14 th July )
