Blood Sausage (Boudin, Blutwurst, Black pudding)... It is actually REALLY good, I ate it on toast with butter and a bit of cheese on top...

who said blood sausage wasn't good? of course it's delicious, that's a given

You forgot Sea Urchins, on the half shell...A treat indeed.... :help:

Haven't had them on the half-shell, but Uni, Sea Urchin sushi, is awesome :)

I say "half shell" for clarity. What that really means is that they are split and served raw, with a spoon...

Most Sashimi places that I visited while living in Japan, served them that way. I tried that once...

Is that different from Uni? Different parts?

how about some raw ground pork meat on a piece of bread with onions and pepper.. otherwise known as mettbrötchen.. pretty awesome I have to say

Not something I'd want to try, I'm skeered of Trichinosis...

Not sure Brother....Was Uni served to you in some other way? Did they scoop the flesh out and serve it on a plate with Wasabi? Restaurants vary...

Raw pork? ####### that....

Most peoples first reaction is EEWWWW!

As a kid my dad (Polish) loved pickeled Pigs feet... I never got into the pickling flavor (of anything except pickles)... But some say it is delicious
