Hello All,

I send our I 130 last week of April 2009, The last status.. i called NVC this mornig , the case still under review..

It's been a while, I really miss my wife.. i saw some poster here that filed after me a their case left NVC.. what happened to us..this is really frustrating..

Did you finish up all of the NVC Processing Stuff?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

My last send mails to NVC, 3 weeks ago is the DS230..I FINISH all paper works with them.. they said the case still under review..

You should be in line for a case complete soon. If you're lucky you might be in time for a November interview scheduling week and have one in December. Please fill in your timeline so we have a sense of what we're dealing with.

If you read carefully, there is difference with my threads, let me refresh your reading memory, on this thread i login to NVC and called them both same answer..status under review..

on the other thread, I login it says login failed, and i called NVC operator said still under review that why ask ?

By the way is that all you can suggest is putting timeline..fyi.. as i said on my other thread i will gather my papers so that i can accurately put timeline..
