Hi to my vj family... I just log in to the online payment of NVC tonight and i really can't believe it that it was log in failed! It was case complete! 2 more steps of waiting, appointment letter and interview at the Embassy. I am really thankful that I found vj and I found a really nice friends here.... my sisters here.

May 20, 2009 - I-130 sent

Aug. 21, 2009 - I-130 APPROVED

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy

Dec. 16, 2009 - CFO

Dec. 19, 2009 - My Flight - POE (JFK New York) via NWA

10/05/2009 - DS-3032/AOS Fee Bill Generated

10/05/2009 - Emailed DS-3032; Mailed DS-3032; Paid AOS Bill

10/07/2009 - AOS shows paid/AOS Cover Sheet Available

10/09/2009 - I-864 Package Sent out

10/19/2009 - NVC Received I-864 package

10/21/2009 - NVC confirmed receipt of completed DS-3032

10/22/2009 - IV fee bill now available (will wait for email before we pay it)

10/23/2009 - Paid IV fee bill

10/26/2009 - IV bill is now posted as paid/IV Cover Sheet Available

10/26/2009 - sent IV packet (the waiting begins!)

10/29/2009 - IV packet delivered to NVC at 9:40am

11/02/2009 - received checklist response as per AVR

11/10/2009 - NVC page sign-in failed!

11/12/2009 - CASE COMPLETE as confirmed by NVC operator

11/13/2009 - Interview date assigned

Our application took about a week to clear NVC, about a week to get to Manila and another 3 or 4 days to get entered into the system in Manila.

Best start warming up the Auto-Dial!! :thumbs:

and give a call to nvc after 2 days and they should give u the interview date on the phone, abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

So, how long will it take from now to the interview?

My case was just completed last night and i called the NVC this morning and the operator told me to wait until Friday for the appointment letter that they will send to the petitioner (My Husband). And there is no more slot for November... hopefully i can have an interview date first week of December so, i can spend christmas with my husband.

Thank you also to PhilandShir, john and jean, macymace, edp333, senora bonita, bob4anna and anna L. I need to wait until Friday to receive the appointment letter... that is what the NVC operator told me :whistle:

Hi Senora Bonita, Abby told that I can call NVC to know in advance my schedule date at the embassy. But i do not know if we can ask to get a earlier schedule interview at the embassy.

naku sis it cant be scheduled earlier. tried calling US embassy in manila. they said it can later but not earlier.
