I will cut and paste what I know for sure about me...

They have an amazing capacity for hard work. I know this to be true because I have worked 2 - 3 jobs before at the same time (It's tough sometimes to be a single Mom), AND I put myself through college while working more than 1 job. Difficult, but worth it. Graduated with a 4.0. I'm proud of that work ethic.

You can often find Horses at concerts, music festivals, and the Super Bowls of life. I looooooooove music! and Baseball!

The will and the spirit of the Fire Horse cannot be broken. This Horse goes through life with philosophical patience and the ability to bounce back from adversity no matter how dire the circumstances. This past year has been proof of that for me... not to prove it to anyone else, per se... but to myself. This past year has been very difficult... family losses, separated from Jamal by an ocean (sigh), and some other personal GROWING experiences. But, never did I feel that I needed to give up.... My faith in God, my love for Jamal, and my family kept me going.

In times of solitude, Fire Horses also have an insatiable need for intellectual stimulation and they satisfy their curiosity for learning through reading, listening, conversing, and travel abroad. I have always loved to learn... and I actually loved school (I know, BORING!!!). One of my favorite past-times is reading... and I love it when I have my friends over the 1st Sunday night of every month... we have debates and discussions of things in the news, books, etc. My version of fun! haha

These noble Horses are generous with their love, with hugs and kisses. Loved ones always know where they stand because Fire Horses demonstrate every day through their actions the love they feel deep within. My son and Jamal can attest to this... and so can my family. I talk with my brothers and sisters every day. I never let a day start nor end without telling my son and Jamal how much I love them... and how blessed I am to have them.

The other stuff that was stated about the Horse... I'm not too sure of... maybe true... maybe not... but it is always fun to read.

if parsley soup and ginger root are the keys to my good health, i am in deep doo-doo because i hate parsley (except as a garnish) and i despise ginger in all forms (even ginger snaps).

jigga is supposedly a fire dragon... but that doesn't seem to suit him very much. he's pretty laid back.
