Me too, I only have one ID with my married name. I will be bringing my NBI clearance (with the photocopy), marriage certificate (orig and photocopy) and police clearance --> All these with my married name.

Some said it cost 3 pesos/page for photocopy at CFO, so lets bring our own copies.

When do you plan to attend your seminar? I like to attend mine too in advance. I don't have an interview date too.

I don't know if they allowed to advance CFO with no passport..

You will appear twice in CFO process.

The 1st one is you will be attending the COUNSELING SEMINAR (only given by PRISM, SMUF, and in Cebu)

They will issue you a Counseling certificate

(which is a requirement of DFA for you to renew our single name passport to married name)

You just have to bring the following:

1.Birth Certificate

2.Marriage Certificate

3.A Valid ID (She said NBI Clearance is a VALID ID)

(some prof of relationship.)

This time, its ok to not have your passport with you.

BUT

2nd,In getting your CFO certificate, plus CFO sticker, you have to have your passport because they will attach and put the sticker on your passport.

This can all be done in one day. Attend the Counseling seminar in the morning, and get the CFO certificate and sticker in the afternoon.
