I do enjoy a good English Oatmeal Stout every now an then.

I had one of the internation sample packs one Xmas - the oatmeal stout was the only one I really couldn't stand. The Chocolate Stout was better imo.

But I actually quite like Guiness too.

Not all of those are beer gardens - the Hofbrauhaus is an indoor drinking hall that seats up to 3000 if I remember rightly.

A lot of the outdoor beer gardens in Munich are actually owned by the State - my friend lives about 5 minutes from the biggest one in the city.

I prefer Lowenbrau, Carlsberg and Duvel. My favorite US beer is Michelob, in particular their sampler packs. I do also like Asahi.

that's not a brand, but a type of beer. personally, i prefer krystalweisen.

See if you can find Schneiderweissen here. That brewery makes some of the best wheat beers there is.

The Cape May listing made me chuckle too. The description of Cape May is true, but it's only true for a few blocks of the town.
