#39 Name and address of Petitioner--------------????

We're both living in Manila,just wondering which address,do i need to use, Manila or USA? as a petitioner's address.

DCF TIMELINE (IR-1) Immediate Relative

07/14/2007 ==== Marriage

06/01/2009 ==== Request for Taiwan Police Cert.

07/06/2009 ==== Recieved Taiwan Police Cert.

08/04/2009 ==== Filed I-130 Petition at USEM

09/11/2009 ==== Recieved Notice of Approval(Petition Approved)

10/16/2009 ==== Case Number given by USEM

10/18/2009 ==== Packet 3 recieved

10/20/2009 ==== Packet 3 sent to Immigrant Visa Unit

11/10/2009 ==== Packet 4 recieved

11/10-11/2009 ==== Medical Passed

December 01,2009 Interview Date (IR-1 Visa)

Interview Passed:)

December 03,2009 : VISA ON HAND

POE : 01/29/2010 (Manila - Los Angeles)

02/04/2010: Welcome notice and Greencard received.

02/06/2010: SSN received.

Boracay Island Vacation

Since you filed DCF, you would be living in Manila, so you put the Manila address... Because if you had a US address, you would not be eligible to file DCF....

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

I-130

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

Thank you.We worried too much that we might get RFE...

Since you filed DCF, you would be living in Manila, so you put the Manila address... Because if you had a US address, you would not be eligible to file DCF....
