Hello ppl of VJ,

I would like to ask if anyone here have been through this or can anyone pls. give me a link to where i can get info on how to correct Phil. Birth certificate in a legal way? If so how much and how long the process takes?

I would appreciate any info you can help.

Take your original birth cert. down to NSO.
