Hello PPl of Vj,

I would like to ask if anyone have been through this or can give me a link where i can get some info.

What is the best way to correct error on Philippine Birth Certificate?

I would appreciate any help.

what kind of correction? if it's typographical error only, you can file a correction at the Municipality where that person was born, Republic Act 9048 allows the local civil registry to amend correction and does not require judicial processing, but there'd limitations.

Error with genders and dates entries are not included in this Law.

Dec 15,2009 - Assigned interview date on January 24,2010!!

Jan. 24, 2010 - Interview!! Approved

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

Apr. 12,2010- CA ID

May 20,2010- CA Driving License

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born
