Happy Sunday. Just want to let yall know that Adam has been on the nicotene patches for 2-3 days now. He wears the patch at night while he works and is awake, takes it off while hes sleeping. Has only smoked 4-6 cigarettes while at work and hardly any while at home with me. So from 20 a day down to less than 10 is actually wonderful!!! He says he doesnt have a strong desire for them while on the patch. Im SO proud of him. I hope he continues the patches and stops smoking all together!

great, im following the progress before i approach ahmed :whistle:

ok good! I was a bit nervous bcz I was thinking beforehand that the patch would make him moody or irritable. It hasnt. So, so far so good. I'll keep you posted on it!
