K3 moved from Missouri to California !

Here It seems that I got doomed even more and that is " I got 2nd IMBRA RFE and i sent it back in no time and after an hour i got the first ever email from USCIS that they have transfered my case to California Service Center" . Now for God sake, tell me , what that means ? :help:

Does it mean that my case is screwed even deeper ? I am becoming schizophrenic and I dont have health insurance. Mental problems are costly to treat and i dont know what to do other than " Forced Patience"

These people look so incompetent and I sometimes wonder that are we living in the so-called " technologically most advanced country on earth". My A**

One thing which made me feel good is that they still have my email address .!! which makes me feel sooooooo special !! Am I not psychotic ? ? :luv:

LMFAO...today must be moving day then for all of us lol. I just started a thread stating the my I-130 case has been sent from Vermont to California...I know what you mean about getting the first email off of them. I never even got an email stating I was getting the RFE...My I-129f case has been touched about 6 or 7 times and that was before I even got the RFE!!! and AFter I got it!!! But the I-130 was dormant..until now...I am with ya...just breathe in ...breathe out..breathe in...breathe out....lol

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

You mean your I-130 was transferred to CSC???? There has been many posts on transfers from VSC to CSC. This is not the I-129F for the K-3. I-129F for spouse are processed at the NBC not one of the four main service centers.

It's OK! There are a lot of people who have their cases transferred to CA. For me, it wasn't long before approval :yes: I know the feeling of going crazy though :P

Shadow, although I appreciate the last bit about you saying it was transfered not long before your approval, but could you please update your timeline so we can get some kind of idea of where we are???? It can be quite helpful..thanks :thumbs:

I am confused... is it K3 that is moved to California or the I130? I know there has been instances where I130 moved to CSC but K3 are processed at NBC. At least that is my understanding. Any input jerseygrl?

07-25-2006: touched. (updated the statement from July 18 to 21st)

07-27-2006: touched.

08-06-2006 touched.

08-09-2006 Got the email that the I129F is approved.. Yay!!!

The OP was confused because an I-130 is filed first prior to being able to file the I-129F petition for the K-3. It is I-130s that are being transferred to CSC.

All K-3s are processed at the National Benefits Center (NBC) only in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Right now, VSC is sending I-130 petitions to California Service Center. These petitions will receive their approvals from California. There is no reason for panic. California Service Center always processes all I-130s from Nebraska and Texas Service Center and looks like VSC is being added as well.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Folks my profound appologies. My I-130 is transfered to California Not my K-3.

I take comfort from the fact that they sent me an emai for the first time ever...woooohoooooooo
