In section 10 there is a box and it says parents, should I check it, I don't see any place to put my parents names.

Are you referencing the I-129 form? I am not sure what you are asking about...You can always go to the Example Forms and click on the one that you are working on and use that as a reference...

Yup I-129, do I check Birth in USA and leave the rest of the section blank like in the example.

Expect a lot of dumb questions from me, sorry.

Yes...you check birth in the USA if that is the case and leave the others blank

Thanks, all I need is her son's middle name and birth date, and that one is done.
