letter from NVC , i am new here please help me !!!!!!!

I received letter from NVC saying : The state Department national visa center has recently received an approved i 129f petition filed on behalf of your fiancé. This letter is to let you know that within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate visa issuing post where your visa interview take place

Our records show that you filed the i-129F petition for :

Case number:********

The case will be processed at :

Post : Ankara, Turkey

My fiancé from Iran and there is no us embassy in Iran are they going to contact her in Iran or not ? Or they just going to contact me ? And how long is take from today to interview day?

2 question: what are package 2 and 3 ?

3. Is my fiancé can do all shots vaccine in Iran and just take proof to dr in turkey? it is a lot cheaper to do it in Iran

1- They will contact you.

2- Packet 3 & 4 you mean? check out these two links : Instructions for K1 / K2 Visas & Forms

3- Tell her to go to Institute Pastor - They only accept the shots stamped and confirmed by them. Tell her to go there with her passport- She has to go to International Section - Asks for MMR & Hepatit Shots - Tell them she needs shots for immigration to US. They know every thing. They will give her a card with all information and stamps on that. Hepatit costs 1000 toman each time (three times) - MMR 6000 toman each time (twice)
