nah, only every other person that started out :P Its normal and ok. :)

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Everyday I beat myself into a frenzy. What if I didn't send enough pictures? What if I sent only couple-pictures instead of posing-with-other-people pictures? What if I missed a box here or a signature there? UGH. This thing is killing me.

Honestly, for a CR1 what you need mainly is a marriage cert, a couple of pictures together. For the part of wondering if you signed where required, that is why we make a copy of the entire packet we send to USCIS. This is so we can check to ease ones mind that we dotted the I's and crossed all the T's

Now at the interview, you need to show a true on going marriage. Not many couples in this process have joint bank accounts, or joint credit cards, the stuff to show a real marriage, that is why you keep the phone bills, chats, emails, letters written toeach other, trips to see each other, these are the things needed at the embassy for interview where the real proof is needed.

Take it from me, one who truly had to prove a real marriage at USCIS, if we married the "normal" way, it would of been a easy case. We got approved with USCIS, so one who married face to face has it made. It will be fine, I promise. Best wishes.

You may need to look into finding a good psychiatrist.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

No, just you.

We are all feeling this way. It is so hard knowin someone else has the power to decide when or if we get to be with our spouses.

Hi Paris, What do you mean about if you married the "normal" way? I am confused.
