rejection for i-129f cuz incorect fee what that mean

i just get notic in mail 2day and they say rejection for i-129f cuz incorrect fee what that mean i dont think there r fee fr i-129f and they gaved us this letter if any one know any thing please explaine i dont understand

On October 13, 2009, we determined that this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was not properly filed because you submitted an incorrect fee. Therefore, we have rejected your case and returned it to you, including all supporting materials and the incorrect fee. Please review the instructions on the rejection notice you received prior to re-submitting your case.

During the acceptance step USCIS reviews newly received applications and petitions to ensure that they are properly filed (e.g. signed by the applicant, appropriate fees etc.) USCIS issues a receipt number for the application or petition, and sends a receipt notice to the applicant.

Applications and petitions that are not properly filed are rejected with an explanation of why the application is rejected and the corrective action needed.

The acceptance step is typically completed within 2 business days of when the application is received.With mail time it may take several weeks for you to get the receipt or rejection notice in the mail. If you do not receive your notice within 30 days of mailing your application, please contact our national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For a K1 visa, form I-129F has a fee of $455. If you didn't include a check or money order for that amount, they will reject it which seems to be the case.

If you were trying to file for a K3 visa, you had to let them know that you had already submitted form I-130. You can do this by sending a copy of the NOA1 for the I-130 along with the I-129F. Otherwise, they'll assume you're filing for a K1.

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

we already sent copy of noa1 for i-130 but we called them now and they told us its there problem they didnt see the note that my wife sent and didnt see noa1 so they asked my wife to send it againe and we will wait and see what happened thanks for helping

Count yourself lucky. Before you send the package again, take a few minutes to read all the discussion about how K3 is virtually obsolete. You are most likely better served by following the CR1 visa path you embarked on by filing the I-130.
