Hi every one

finally the k3 &k4 visa is in the embassy

the relieve is great but the think is bother me is that the 130 is send to my regional revue before the approval of 129f for interview even me & my wife been married for 3 years our baby know is 2&half years old

i did go to local office they told me that is ok the k3 is junction of the 130 so they will be no problem

k3 can be affected by the 130 ?

whats your opinion?

The K-3 came about so as couples can be reunited in the US to wait approval of an I-130. The K-3 visa is seperate to an I-130 petition, excepting the fact that one needs an approved I-130 in order to adjust to immigrant status once in the US.

So are you someone who got a NOA2 after your IMBRA letter? I couldn't see your timeline but everyone here on the forum is dying to see a K3 get approved so please let us know!!!!

even yours answer on my question is of topic

i apply on k3 visa in feb 06 so imbra is not applied on my case
