Anyone has the CR1 NVC Case in the "Case completed" stage?

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-09-19

I-130 Approval : 2009-04-10

NVC never recieved my approved application. After months of enquieries through the the USCIS Field Office (not at all a pleasant experience), USCIS service requests and the Senators office, I was told that USCIS lost my original application and I was asked to resubmit my I-130 paperwork. Fortunately, I had made an exact copy of the packake per VJ instructions!

I-130 Approval: 2009-08-30

NVC Recieved: 2009-09-12

DS 3032 Email sent to NVC: 2009-09-15 (Sent DS 3032 email before recieving Email from NVC)

AOS Bill Paid: 2009-09-16

AOS Bill status changed to PAID: 2009-09-21

AOS w/ barcoded coversheet sent to NVC: 2009-09-21

IV Bill paid: 2009-09-29 (IV bill became available online)

DS 3032 accepted and IV bill generated: 2009-09-30

I see we're in the same boat. My case was also completed with NVC on 10/15. The operator told me I just missed the scheduling and it was too late for November. Hopefully, we'll have some good news soon.

Well as for me, when i login today it said Login Failed, i guest its a good indication that the case is complete but when i called NVC today the operator said the still under review..hopefully i will a have a good day tomorrow and when i call NVC will say my case is completed..

so I guess I will consider myself with the same boat here..will keep the board update..

Hey... thats grt.. Congrats for both.. When my husband called NVC on 20th they said they will schedule the interview only on second week of a month.. So hoping to get the interview dates by november.. Cant say they may give this month also.. Praying and hoping for the best.

MOst of the time NVC also schedules appointments in the begining of the month, i got my interview date on 10th july. So just keep checking email and email will pop up one day... :D

The next time NVC will be scheduling interviews is the week of November 9th. At that time they will schedule December interviews.

During that week you will get an e-mail one evening with a PDF copy of the interview letter.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US

I got my interview date for November close to the end of Sept. Just call once a day and they may surprise you. The mumbai consulate tends to schedule them earlier most of us had our interview dates before the end of Sept for the month of November.

Same here my case was completed last Oct. 20 and the NVC operator told me to wait until 2nd week of November for the interview schedule of December. I know God is great all the time for those who wait.

May 20, 2009 - I-130 sent

Aug. 21, 2009 - I-130 APPROVED

Sept. 01, 2009 - NVC received & case# assigned

Oct. 19, 2009 - Log-in FAILED (YEPEE!!!!)

Oct. 20, 2009 - Case COMPLETE!!! (confirmed by the NVC operator)

Oct. 27, 2009 - Interview Date assign(By NVC operator)

Nov. 16-17, 2009 - Medical PASSED

Dec. 04, 2009 - INTERVIEW(APPROVED!!!)

Dec. 08, 2009 - Visa pick-up at the Embassy
