is any body there know how iam gonna check that the NVC already received my form DS-3032???

You could phone NVC and ask... also please fill in your timeline and what visa it is that you have filed for.. The forum you have posted this question in is for people who are already in the USA and have filed for their Adjustment of Status so they would not need to complete DS3032. As I do not know what visa you are hoping to get I can not move this to the correct forum..
