birth certificate question....

I think that i submitted the short form of my birth certificate....What's the quickest way to get a copy of the long form since i'll probably be having to send that to them later on??

well hey....i'm the USC so i need some kind of website to retrieve my american birth certificate....

Easiest solution is to contact the county clerks office where you were born. Some states/counties will let you request it via email others require written requests. I am from rural area in midwest (think they just got electricity) so I had to mail them a request with 10 dollars. I sent it overnight, and paid extra for them to priority it back to me. I think I got it back in about a week.
