I called to NVC on 10/14/2009 ,morning . Auto response said my case coplete on 10/13/2009

& I got Email from NVC on 10/14/2004,the night .

An immigrant visa interview has been scheduled for the applicant at the U.S.

Embassy/Consulate in my country on November 13, 2009 at 07:00 am.

Really ??? I am very wonder ,it is very fast for this step .

But it is an Email from NVC . Did anyone get email very fast after case completed like this?

Timelines CR1 : 03/20/2009

USCIS: I-130 PROCESS

03/20/2009 - Sent I-130 and Fee $355

04/06/2009 - Receipt Number ,NOA1

08/04/2009 - Approval notice sent by email

08/10/2009 - Received NOA2 by letter

NVC: CR1 PROCESS

08/17/2009 - Case number assigned by NVC

08/20/2009 - Sent DS3032 (Choice of address & agent) to NVC by email

08/27/2009 - My husband pay fee$70 online

09/04/2009 - Applied for The Police Certificate & went to the hospital for Medical Examination

09/08/2009 - My husband sent I -864 & Tax return & W2 & letter employment & bank statement to NVC

09/08/2009 - The Immigration Visa Fee Bill has been generated

09/08/2009 - Pay fee$400 online

09/22/2009 - I sent IV package ( DS230)to NVC

09/23/2009 - My husband got missing document checklist

09/26/2009 - My husband sent new document to NVC

10/01/2009 - All documents arrive at NVC

10/10/2009 - Log in failed!!!!

10/13/2009 - Case complete at NVC

10/14/2009 - Got email from NVC interview date

US Embassy my country

10/**/2009 Case transfer to US Embassy my country

11/13/2009 Interview date !!!

doesnt surprise me.NVC schedules interview / appointment every 2nd week of the month. Ours got case complete october 9,2009. got an email oct 14 about the interview

Congrat, It is possible to get an early interview date after your case is completed depending on the country you are interviewing in. Do you mine me asking which country is it?
