I sent three third party support letters. But not one from the USC. Is that required?

We got a response back from the US embassy saying that that my wife (as she is the petitioner) needs to proivde a statement explaining how and when she met me (the beneficiary) and the nature of your relationship leading up to your marriage. You must include the statement provided in the Request for Evidence (beginning "I declare...") at the beginning or end of your statement. This does not need to be notarized.

They also advised for point 2 to provide statements made by three separate individuals on three separate pages that have personal knowledge of your relationship and marriage. Individuals can include, but is not limited to, family members, friends, and colleagues. They must also include the declaration at the beginning or end of their statements. These do not need to be notarized.

That was quite helpful - so I am now trying to find a structure for the letter my wife would write (as the petitoner) and a template for friends and family etc to use just to make the process a lot easier for them and so that it ticks the box for the embassy!?!

How much detail would my wife need to go into? Is it just when we met, how long we have been together, where and when I proposed? That is almost just a couple of lines - any other suggestions on what to write? Do they need further details i.e. pictures of holidays?

With the statement made by friends - do they to need to include dates of when we all get together, they come over for dinners - that sort of thing? If you have any useful examples that be great!

Thanks once again!
