I'm finding that the problem with reading all of the copious information regarding immigration in a short span of time leads to a LOT of second-guessing...

As mentioned in another thread, the NVC received the I-130 case yesterday. I called and arranged for the DS-2032 etc. to be sent via email, so I'll be expecting that in the next few days.

In the interim, my question is this: once I get all of the materials for the DS-230 squared away (which will be soon), do I send it to my wife, who will be the designated agent, or do I send it to NVC? If it's the former, does she simply send it on to the NVC? I've read through various guides and wikis, but I'm not quite clear on all of the NVC steps (the splitting of the flowchart seems to be confusing me). Thanks in advance for any clarification!

Exactly what I have in mind, the only difference is that our agent is a lawyer.

That is why I'm a bit confused if I will send the DS-230 packet direct to NVC or I will send it to our attorney.
