Question: I know the Embassy has our paperwork but has not assigned a date for interview yet...I know ur no expert but do you think if all is well that we could get a November Interview date? The big thing is I want my Asawa here before Christmas that is waht I'm hoping for may God be with you!

thanks for your time...

Michael and Enchiel Bates

November 23, 8:30am for Anna & Gabby LeVan

Hi Bob n Anna,

My interview will be on NOvember 19! I am so happy that we are half way through in this journey. I need to pray a lot for the upcoming medical. The medical and the interview make me soooo anxious.

Anna, I believe God will be with us on our interview ( and medical too).

MARRIED JUNE 17th

If they have your paperwork received then you should be calling them to request an interview date. In the meantime get her medical done and make sure she has the documentation complete for her interview.

One of the things I like about CR-1 over the K Visas is that NVC set our interview date so we didn't have to worry about how long it takes for the paperworks to get checked-in at USEM.

Another thing I like is that there will be no need for AOS, our next USCIS dealings will be 3rd quarter of 2011 when we file for removal of conditions.

Regarding your chances of getting a Nov interview all I can say is that with each passing day it gets less & less.

What is interesting? After thanking God all night, I woke up this morning, walked outside, (still dark) and saw a shooting star going half way across the sky! I think God is saying, You are welcome, I will bless your lives together. Always give thanks.....
