Medical Check post I130 approval

Hi guys, me again. Simply wanted to ask if anyone could share their turnaround time for their medical check in Tokyo; that is, how many days weeks, did it take to receive any required documents/test results. Is it instantly on the spot, or did you wait a couple of weeks? Thanks! M & B

I had my medical exam done at Tokyo British Clinic, and it took three business days to get the result. (It might take longer if you have them mail the result to your home address.)

However, they have the expedited service that you can pick up the result only two hours after the checkup.

It costs additional 8,400 yen though.

Other designated facilities in Tokyo, Tokyo Medical and Surgical Clinic and Seibo International Catholic Hospital, have the similar same day service, too.

My fiancee had hers done at Tokyo British Clinic, and the results were available about 4-5 days later.
