I WAS AT CSC FROM NOVEMBER2008 TO JUNE 24 THEN THEY SAID CASE COMPLETE AND TRANSFERRED IT JUNE 24 TO MY BUFFALO LOCAL IMMGRATION OFFICE HOW LONG DOES IT STAY THERE SINCE JUNE ITS ALREADY 4 MONTHS IM CONFUSED SOMEPNE HELP ME IS THERE ANYTHINNG I CAN DO

Without a timeline or info on what visa you are applying for and no info about your case, you cannot expect anyone to be able to help you???

I read your prior posts - your case is not the norm.

If I was in yur shoes, I'd set up an infopass appointment, and find out , at the appointment, just what's going on with your case.

It may be a waste of time, of course - they may not tell you anything.

Or they may want to see your USC paperwork, take some biometrics.

Have you moved since filing? Perhaps the notices were sent to the old address? If that's the case, you'll never see them from the USPS - USCIS letters are never forwarded . You can maintain your updated address online.
