I didnt miss your point, you were bringing our right to own guns into the equation and thats just apples and oranges.

You bring up alot of different issues and each can be a debate of there own but in a nutshell... We have minimum wages you might not consider them fair but that is a relative term and we will leave that call up to the people of the state in question. Safety at work, have you heard of OSHA? Unemployment compensates those who have been laid off. How do you give someone the right to live free from crime and violence?

Compared to that of most other developed countries, we have jack legislated. Look at the graph in my sig for starters. ZERO vacation or public holidays mandated. heck, most people can be fired on the spot with zero repercussions.

Only third world countries legislate the right to have guns but leave things that actually impact and affect someone's quality of life up to the individual or private sector. I do see a clear pattern here amongst those with similar views. Clearly many have not lived and worked abroad, in other first world countries, so what we have here seems great. Particularly when compared to places like the Philippines.

No this seems great compared to places like Finland. We want a majority of things handled by the individual and private sector and I believe that type of thinking is one of the things to be credited to the success of america. You should of married a woman from Europe because were a different breed over here and I dont every see you being happy living here. ;)

I don't think that's a very sensible thing to post on an immigration website, do you?

Its only means that had he met a European woman he would of probably been a lot happier considering how much he cant stand america. I think if you're going to make more of it or take issue with what I am really addressing here(his hatred for america)then your just being ridiculous.

I am the one being ridiculous when you are the one stereotyping both Americans and Europeans? I see.

At whos expense?, Americas approach seems make a lot of sense/cents, maybe you should take notes.

Whose airlines have made a healthy profit for the last 10 years? Whose banks are yet to lose one single dollar and are delivering profit after profit? even in the worst global crisis since the depression.

This attitude just proves what I was saying above. Even though realty does not fit the illusion, you have seriously been indoctrinated to believe you are the best. Therefore, why improve? With that attitude, it's no wonder so many companies have failed here. Which first world country looks up to the US anymore? There is a logical reason for this. To the contrary, many in other first world countries laugh at the US. Especially regarding the flat earth stance on health care.

Indoctrinated to believe we are the best, nope I dont think so, maybe you meant you have been indoctrinated to believe that only Satan is second to america. You're always 24/7 america this american that, nobody that actually gives a dam about this country is going to join in with you on your rants and in return you come to the conclusion that we all have blinders on and dont have a clue. Most of us know that we are not the great country we once were, still a great country though but nevertheless we have a fair amount of issues to deal with.

BY needs to work on his communication skills this is true, but what he is saying does have a resonance. There is a tendency for certain American's to assume that just because something is American it is better than anything from somewhere else and will close their minds to any suggestions otherwise. This attitude is not universal, but one can't deny that it exists.

Oh it does exist, we sure do have our fair share of chest pounders. Booyah acts like all 305 million of us are chest pounders yet we elected a president thats going to try and take us in the direction that Booyah sees fit.

His communication skills do leave a lot to be desired and it is true he gives the impression that such people are the majority when mostly, that simply isn't the case.

BY needs to work on his communication skills ...

 understatement of the century

Well, yes. However, he does have some valid points stuffed in amongst the usual BYisms and failure to interpret statistics with any degree of accuracy.

No offense but I have been to George Washington's house a number of times and even studied him. Modern day repubs or Simpsons are the furthest thing to the George Washington types. He was a pioneer, a visionary, an experimenter and a risk taker. He loved and respected the country and even the land. He would allow his farms to idle for a few seasons to prevent the loss of nutrients from the land. Repubs would have harvested it to the point where it turned into a desert. Then denied it was the cause of course. You falsely assume that by chanting USA! USA! you are some sort of a patriot. You and I are a different breed. Having jets fly over a Nascar race or NFL game is not patriotic to me or my breed.

I suggest things to improve the quality of life for Americans, yet you and your fellow buds call this anti-American. As a conservative myself, time and time again, I have caught out the Repub 'Country First' bullcrap. Conservatives back in the AUS actually put our country first. We nourished it and invested in it and our people. Hence the countries huge 'i n t e r n a t i o n a l' success. We didn't just sit there and say oh well, love it or hate it this is Aus. Diverse ideas from abroad is what helped build Australia. We never have who cares, they're European or Canadian stance. We learn from what others do best. Also why so many people from 1st world countries want to migrate there. Rather than that of here, which is basically spouses from 2nd to 3rd world countries.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

We generally we think differently on these issues, just stating a fact. Also look at context of this and besides I wouldnt wish any woman on Booyah American or European.

Simpson brings up 'breeds' and BY runs with it. Entertainment at its finest on VJOT.

We? Who we? What issues are 'we' thinking differently about? What are these 'facts'?

What it boils down to, is you don't like BY and in your partisan fashion, you don't think that a true blue patriotic American woman should like him either. There is nothing factual about that at all.

Can you see Russia from his house?

Prime example of what migrates here.

Only one of us 'migrated' here, little homey.

He even loved the land, I wonder if he loved the livestock as well.

Did the brutha show his sheep some love?

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
