Timeline

My mom has been granted a 10 year multiple visa back in 2000 (US Embassy Manila) and she visited the US only once (april'02) and stayed for almost 5months,. since then she has not used it. are there any possibilities of getting discrepancies from the visa's time frame, being idle for quite awhile? she plans to visit the US come 2008 though. :blush: please reply if you guys got some knowledge on this. thanx

I assume that she did not overstay... did she ?

since then she has not used it. are there any possibilities of getting discrepancies from the visa's time frame, being idle for quite awhile?

This might actually help her. It's visiting the US too often and staying for too long that causes problems.
