Right now i am filling out a few forms for my fiancee who is lving in Haiti.

DS230 and DS156 at the end of these two forms they said PREPARED by Do you think if i put my name and my adress it will cause a problem since i'm in the usa and she is in haiti. it's that a poblem to fill them out for her

Its fine that you fill them out, you really do not need to put you name and address in those places. That is made for someone like a lawyer or a visa service that someone may be using to acquire their visa :) .
