speaking of wedding day i was just informed that all my bidesmaid dresses are in.....YAY! i cannot wait to see all my girls in them......all of a sudden it has hit me that my wedding is in 3 months and fast approaching.....i am hoping my vj girls can help me out with a few ideas for wedding party entrance songs......not sure if this is a normal thing for jamaican weddings (richard seemed a bit confused when i was explaining it to him and he has been to numerous weddings so i am assuming this may not be normal.....or he is just a guy and totally clueless LOL) but anyways wether its normal tradition or not we will be doing this......can you all give me some ideas??? i have a few but soooooo undecided......

i want an exciting upbeat song.....just casue thats the type od wedding party we have.....well me and my girls for sure anyways LOL.....and richard wants a kenny rogers song for our song but i am NOT a fan of kenny rogers at all and that is his ALL TIME FAVE person.....still not sure how i am getting out of that.....i am hoping when i go down in november we can reach a mutual agreement on that and come up with a song that is not kenny.....haha

I think I'll work from home today. It's been POURING for over 4 hours, and I'm not trying to get caught in any flash floods.

Hello everyone else.!

I didn't realize until we walked in that we could've scheduled an appointment. Steven was there for 1.5 hours. When I go to change my name, though, I'll schedule an appointment & hopefully be there for a shorter time. We brought the passport, license, application form, and the portion of the law that says K1 visa holders can get SSNs (as this site recommends to bring). However, that wasn't necessary as the guy working there was already familiar with the law.

Louis Tierra and I walked down the wedding "aisle" together... to Angel. Instead of traditional Here Comes the Bride...

Reception... we were sorta late and just walked in! LOL! I was drinking... so nervous of having my parents together!!! hahah

oh... that was a great day!

Kenny ROgers??? That is too funny! In SLU people either listen to reggae...or COUNTRY! They have like "honky tonk" nights! It always cracked me up!

OOOHHHH! Do something funny to Islands in the Stream!

Good Morning Everyone,

It's been a while but I couldn't connect to the internet from the house. Hope everyone is doing ok. The 2 girls came up in August, we get along good. few glitches along the way the main one being the grandmother not sending the youngest to school, she should have been going into the 4th grade but didn't pass the entrance exam so she was put back into the third grade. Third week of school we get a call from her teachers. She has a first grade reading level. Not for nothing but I'm not to impressed with the Jamaican school system right now.

It wasn't their fault she didn't go to school but even though her grades were horrible they were going to put her in the fourth grade in J.A. The oldest one isn't too bad but her grammer when she writes is horrible. I spend a lot if time correcting her work.

My son and the baby and mr jengs are fine.

hahahah so many people have said the same thing.....we are going to the traditional here comes the bride but i am not going to have the traditional music playing before hand....i am going to do alot of instrumentals of todays/yesterdays music....i love 1 2 3 4 by plain white tees and the instrumental is beautiful....

oh i plan to have honkey tonk badonk a donk played at the reception and cotton eyed joe......all 30 of my guests will be linbe dancing right along side me.....i cant wait to see the looks on the faces of richards guests hahahahahaha

I don't know. Heading down to the lake over the weekend and may stop in to chat about it. She said they are buying property and I can stay whenever I want. I'm already looking at plane tickets and wondering when I can get another passport.

Sus, I put all my stuff in this bag and have been parading around the office like some purse fashion model, making everyone jealous. Ooooohs and aaaaaaahs all the way around. Good thing the guys are all in meetings today.

My hubby just came from JA 2 months ago and all he do is sneaking around and wanting a sexy party (or a finesse party) daily. In the kitchen in the living room. Im tired, but he want to breed me so ima stop taking my bc next year cuz he dont know im still on it.

SHHHHHH! VJ Im ready but I want to make sure I dont have any more vacays in the near future because I would hate to say I cant go on the cruise due to a big belly.

JQ--mi neva kno how yuh manage on bc w/o him knowing. He knows that right now I haven't been on the pill for some time for health reasons, but he also knows that I want to go back on them at some point (if I am cleared to by the dr). He knows what medicines I take and for what. Always been like that. Since I've known him we've gone back & forth about the bc issue, and especially after we got married, but in the end he always just drops it cause he realizes that the debate is really just going to go in circles. For as much as he wants to have a baby, he also knows that it might come easier for him if he doesn't push. We both have goals laid out for ourselves for the next year or so, so hopefully we'lll be able to stick to the plan. Don't get me wrong. I don't have any kids yet (besides Kingston ), and I can't wait to be a parent---and I know he will be a great daddy! I recognize the awesome responsibility that comes with raising a healthy, stable, God-loving, well-adjusted, happy, beautiful child, & I'm definitely up for the task and the challenge...I'm just not looking forward to stretchy skin and even worse mood swings than what I have now! (and neither is hubby for that matter! we often joke about where he is gonna live once i get pregnant, cause i can only imagine the swings due to the hormone changes!) I apologize to him NOW on occasion for what is to come! I want to keep my sexy body! Selfish-yes. But true! Ahhhhh.....

Well, besides about a year of what I would refer to as a non-sexy body (IMO) I think I have a better body post-babies then I ever had before them.
